The Wine Protector is the easiest and safest way to preserve your opened wine. Just press a button and protective gas flows from the brass cylinder filled with a nitrogen oxide capsule into the wine bottle. This odorless and tasteless gas is heavier than air and therefore covers the wine surface, reliably preventing contact between wine and air. Oxidation of the wine is thus ruled out.
